Wireless Booster?

Wireless Booster?
I have wired up my house so that I can patch an output fom my broadband router to an RJ45 plug at certain points in the house.
All well and good.
However, I need to be able to connect in a place where there isn't an RJ45. I have a laptop with wirelesss card. Is there something I can connect to that RJ45 plug that will effectively take that signal and boost it so that it can be picked up by a wireless (i.e. Wi-fi) receiver?
Just looking for something simple ...
Thanks!

Hello
That is how most wireless routers work. You just plug them in to a RJ45 socket and away you go.

Thanks for the replies.
Boxst - I don't really need a router, all I need is something that will take the signal from the router I have. I would guess that if i add another router it gets complicated ... ?
