Can't delete a multimedia file in WinXP
?
Remember this old chestnut? I just found this file which hopefully will help fix these issues, before you have to go deleting keys out of the registry.

WhoLockMe is a little extension for your Microsoft Explorer. It permeets you to list all the process locking your selected file.
This freeware is an beta version, it Doesn't work on Win9x or WinMe.
