You mean use the same Outlook data file (.PST) from both versions of Windows (depending on which you boot into)?

Yup

Buck,

The way you have worded this is very missleading.

This is the way I read it:

You have Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 installed on the c drive. You also want to install Outlook XP on the D drive and use the same files that you use for Outlook 2000?

I don't think that Buck is using a dual boot system. But I could be wrong

Sorry guys.
It's NOT dual boot.
I want to have two verisions of outlook running at the same time, using their own independant files and email accounts. I have two physical hard drives in the machine C: and D:

Just would like to know if they are going to cause any confliction problems?

In that case I would guess so. If the 2 accounts are totally independant from each other with differnt *.pst files then I can't see the problem.

Give it a go and report back

Darren
