Error message ?? whats causing this

Keep getting this pop up while visiting some sites and I dont know whats causing it

can anyone help with ideas ?

go to the top of the screen-

tools - click on internet options
click advanced.
look for "disble script debugging"

make sure there's a tick in it.

Try that.

also make sure the box underneath "display a notification about every error" is UNTICKED.
