IT BODs - need your helps
Right. I've turned my home pc on this morning (@ work now ) and click onto IE6 for my morning fix of Scoobynet and it took quite a while to load up.
When it did, I was referred to another site -
http://www.perfectnav.com/index.cfm?...A-007C0A93599E
I'm pretty sure that it's some ad/pop-up stuff.
The annoying thing is that I'm running Ad-aware6, and it can't find anything.
Any ideas how I get shot of this, as at present, I can't access Scoobynet from home (it's my default homepage btw)
details are as follows :-
XP Pro - latest update
Pipex Broadband
Zonealarm firewall (absolute shyte IMHO - will be going back to Norton ASAP)
IE6
HELP ME!!!

Just something else to look at...
I seen hijacks of browser search pages where the hijack edited the hosts file and added bogus entries so queries always went to strange sites, not the ones requested.
c:\%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
