XBConnect
Hi guys,
I just got a modded xbox, chipped with exceuter 2.3 pro and hard drived etc. I was jus wondering when i set up my network with my PC will I be able to play "backed up" games from my hard drive on XBConnect or any other alternatives?

No backups allowed on X-Box live, you'll have to use your original disk and switch off the chip like Neanderthal says otherwise you'll get your eeprom banned.

Thnx for the info. guys all I have to do now is set up my network and i'll be playing! Is there anyway I can use the xbox live headset whilst using XBConnect?

X link is much better imho than xbconnect, haven't got a live head set so can't say for sure but xlink does allow you to chat nline to my knowledge.
