Which is the best, and where can I get it from?
I remember the old Scoobynet server having a good one. Is it still around? Can anyone remember its name?

Back in the day when I admin'd a clan server, we used ClanMod by United Admins. Dead easy to use, loads of features, and you can install add-ons and stuff.

The original Rogue Server is unfortunately no longer with us
There exists a new Rogue server run by CSHQ whose IP is
213.208.119.237:27065
This is a shared Jolt server, but will soon be upgraded to a dedicated machine just for .:XSTi:
CSHQ is the clan home for .:XSTi: who are SN members (mainly) whose interest is in CS.
