Bit more help needed here m8

For instance, what sort of mail system have you at the office? Exchange or something else? Do you run a webserver? Are you allowed VPN access? Etc

It is possible, but we need to know a bit more about your setup in order to advise

The email address (is I think) managed by our own server address is

I used to have a freeserve address at work which I could access with a password.

Many thanks PTMW

still need more info! what email server? what type of internet connection to your company?

what mail server does your company use? what email client are you using?

sometimes when you register a domain name and webspace, you can have a web-based email provided by the hosting company.

It looks like you are using pipex as an ISP, so there is a good chance that its a POP email account, in which case easy to download new emails - just use the same details for your account. However, once down, likely that the emails will stay down, so updating your office email will be harder.

You might want to look at how your "image" is portrayed to the world - http://www.prestwood.dial.pipex.com is not quite the same as http://www.prestwood.info which is your domain.

Look forward to more details on monday
