TFTP Server that runs as a service?
Currently using cisco's offering, but runs as an app..
To run on a Windows 2K box and support Routers & IP Telephony..
Oh and free would be nice

Have used a variant of the 3com free tool for a while.
Get a copy from http://www.yawns.com/downloads/3com/...%20Service.zip - or find it on 3coms site
