Thumbs down loggin in

Problems loggin on using AOL Broadband,wont let me log on just keeps locking me out, but if use standard dial up connection its not a problem.Any one else had this problem or know how to sort out because getting ready launch computer through living room window.Please HELP

What happens when you try & logon??, do you get a welcome message??, or any error messages....try a restart solves most probs with aol, or try logging in as a guest at the welcome screen, then use your normal screename/password, bypass's the locally stored profile..

Have you paid the bill?? LOL!

make sure you got an adsl light on the modem, & no analogue devices less Z filters connected..

has it ever worked?

If i use dial up connection to log on then change over to broadband its fine but if try to log on broadband it tells ive used wrong user name/password more than 5 times and wont let me try for 15 mins.Dont understand why.

DTH,

make sure your not using a stored password, might solve your prob..

Otherwise give the helpline a call, normally very good tbh

think iv sorted it,stored my password on dial up connection so now it seems to log me straight in on when i go on scoobynet when using broadband.
