Working on an IT helpdesk I tend to some amusing faults during the day , the best this morning:

URGENT -has opened scanned e-mail document now it has become screen saver

plaster from ceiling has fallen in printer making crunching noise

This is the resolution of a case.

Visited client noise was from the keyboard,keyboard having something pushing on keys problem resolved
