Non-i86 compilers for Visual Studio
#1
Are there compilers available for use with Visual Studio for producing apps for Mac-OS or Palm-OS? I imagine that if MS does support this, then it's probably quite low on their priority list (!). Or, is all Palm-OS development done on other IDEs?

No, not for Mac or Palm but there are compilers for MIPS, ARM etc. to support Windows CE.net, PocketPC and PocketPC Phone Edition.
CodeWarrior is a more cross-platform IDE, available for both Mac and Palm.

yep codewarrior is the tool of choice for PalmOS dev work, you could look at something like satellite forms which needs a runtime on the PDA but makes development much easier. I've done some work with PocketStudio which is another tool which uses Pascal, great for Delphi geeks like me
