- XServe RAID now upto 3.5TB, SATA, works with FibreChannel hubs, certified for Windows and Linux
- Final Cut Express 2 lanuched, with real-time effects
- Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac, with first-on-the-Mac features
- iPhoto 4 with photo effects, sharing via Rendezvous, online photo and photobook ordering for Europe in March
- iMovie 4 imports direct from iSight and one-click movie sharing via iDisk (home made **** ), "Star Wars" style scrolling

- iLife (includes iMovie, iPhoto, iDVD, iTunes, Garage Band) priced at £39, included with a new Mac, available Jan 16th
- Garage Band JamPack: 100 extra instruments, 200 loops, 15 amps, 100 fx for £69, also Jan 16th
- M-Audio Keystation 49e USB midi keyboard £69
- 730,000 iPods shipped last qtr, over 1.5m in last 12mths, over 2m total
- 31% of total MP3 player market (inc. flash memory based ones)
- 10Gb iPod bumped to 15Gb, same price £249, new earbuds
- New iPod Mini, 4Gb, 1000 songs, 0.5" thick, $249 (no UK price yet)
- iPod Mini is business card sized with the same iPod interface, USB2 and FireWire out of the box (both cables included), designed to compete with small Flash based devices
- iPod Mini shell constructed from anodised aluminium: available in silver, gold, blue, pink and green, available in USA from Feb, world wide from April
