Same hear I can get as far as defusing the two bombs but when I get to rescue the hostage the guy with the rocket launcher gets me or kills the hostage, I’ve been working on it for two nights now but cant get past it[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img].
anyone else got it???

ohhhh Tim-Grove. i have done it. you need to run to the left and shoot the blokes running across the top platform. then turn around quick cuz there is a BIG door that opens and there is about 4 blokes all well hidden behind barrels, kill them then rescue the hostage

When you get to where the matey is, he runs off, have you got to that bit??, just before, save because it is tricky!, follow him, taking out the guards as you go, always keep left through the doors and eventually you will see him just about to get in his car, shoot the driver and thats the mission done.
Hope this helps, but to be honest i done the same thing god knows how many times in a row, and just eventually done it.
Has to be said that this is probably one of the best games i have ever played, and believe me i have played alot.

yeah I got to the bit where he runs off, having saved just before that. I could get past all the men and start heading left but just not quick enough. [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] Will have another go tonight. Best way to take out the men? I threw a few granades over first.

M16 is good, but most people seem to use the G3A3, very powerful, very accurate, the famas is good also.
On that mission its a good idea for you to take flashbangs or smoke grenades or even both and then a grenade launcher.
And remember, in this game use small bursts of fire, dont just go rambo style, the first shots will hit if you do, but then the others will go anywhere, small controlled bursts, trust me, it works.

got through the garage level. Took me a few goes but managed it using the tear gas. The tear gas gave me time to get past the terrorists and follow Varges out the back..
