I've got a Philips Toucam Pro II that works fine with my PII PC with win2k, works fine with an HP lapppy with XP Pro at work but won't show any video on a compaq lappy also running XP Pro. The compaq seems to 'think' all is well ie all diagnostics are fine, even reports the webcam as working.
Anyone know why this happening?
