Using Pictures as your desktop??

What is the easiest way to downloaded a picture of my car say and use it as my desktop picture background??

I *think* your PC wil use windows picture viewer to view the picture when you click on it, you will not be able to set it as a background from this programe.
take the picture and save it on you PC as per normal.
right click on a blank part of your desktop, and select properties.
choose the " background" tab, and then click the browse button.
now find the picture of your car and select it, click "open" and you should now have that piccie as your background.
