Just wondering if anyone here does poster design / print work ?

I have to do an A0 board (1189mm x 841mm) . In Photoshop .. a blank canvas of that size is over 500mb , so thats rather big.

Is it best for me to use quark ? ... or does anyone reccomend another program ? (using a pc)

what resolution are u doing it at?

 

as it is for print , 300dpi , using CMYK .
