RIS server and image uploads

I've run into a problem...hopefully someone has tried this or knows the answer.
I have a win2k server operating system which has two partitions, system and data, and i want to upload the image to the win2k RIS server for future roll outs. However as soon as you start the process, it errors saying "this version doesn not support multi partitions" and it will only upload the system partition to the 2k RIS server.
What i want to know is, has anyone got around this issue, and if i use a Windows 2003 RIS server, will this enable me to upload both partitions???
