I'm off to shut down one of our companies, they have NT boxes with a unknown amount of data at this time.
I need to go in and backup/store all their data but I know their backup systems duck (Dat drives)
Anyone know of a quick/reliable way of backing up data (don't give a hoot about netwrok rights/access etc)..

can you not just keep the hard drives with all the data intack on them, If and when need the data simply plug the HD's in.
Or back up to something like DLT devices that should be around for a long time

In an ideal world yes - looks like I'm gonna just go up with a removable DVD burner and dump all the data down to those..
