Ordered PES3 about a fortnight a go. They advised me on 13th Oct that it had been despatched, and I am still waiting for it now.

They have asked me to wait another 5 days

Usually buy from Play.com who are superb, but CD-wow were a bit cheaper - now I know why

I've never had any probs with them at all mate, usually really good, though as it comes from Hong Kong I guess they may have the odd issue with post......

Cool

Part of their email says:

Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances force me to ask you to allow 5 more days for this order to arrive.

Which suggests to me they have forgotten to post it in the first place - muppets

Bought CD's from them and they have been fine.

Will stick with Play in future for games, just wanted to keep up my record of never paying more than £28 for a PS2 game

I have had a few CD's go missing over the years with CDwow.

I just phoned them up and they said they'd send out another one, no quibble.

Not sure about their policy for games though.

Dave.

I have orded CD's from them & have never had a problem. Always arrive within 3-4 days. They are not sent recorded delivery though so it would be easy for them to go 'missing'.

Hobo, would have crossed my mind, but our posty is sound, and I get on average 2 parcels a month from shopping online, games, CD's, digital products, computer stuff etc, and never had anything else go walk about.

Will give them the 5 days then chase up.

If their Swedish product warehouses are anything like Ikea, then no wonder it takes so long to get here, they probably can't find the damn things

Had a quick go on PES3 at lunchtime, impressive. Much more difficult than PES2 and it flows better.

However.....what is that annoying glitch with the screen every now and then, when the CD is picking up I think.
