If they're Mirror Platinum (ADVDINFO: AN31) then no.

Try to stick to Ritek G04 or Princo's.

okies dokes just gota find somewhere in manchester that sell em fairly cheaply?? is g04 purple dye? so will any disc with that purple dye work then?

The Ritek dye is purple, but you need to check the manufacturer (not the brand name) of the discs to ensure compatibility.

Hmm maybe. Only way you'd know for sure would be if it said in the smallprint on the box (unlikely) or take in a laptop with ADVDInfo on it and ask to try one out
Either way, the staff are unlikely to be able to tell you and you'll get stung for a hefty price in the process
Must be some decent computer shops in Manc ?

theres one called morgan near where i work but they only seem to stock MIRROR dvd-r's which apaprently dont work on my drive

If you're really desperate, you could pop down to Argos and get some Imation DVD-R's which are manufactured by CMC, I believe, which are compatible with your writer

Probably about a right arm and a kidney. Not sure, I'd expect about £50 for 25, may do them in tens too.

okay!! right ive just talked to gem and she said that they're goin to the garret which is apparently next to 5th ave!!?? and if we go then we can go straight from work coz they're goin out early so it's up to you wether we go or not. i think i am gonna have a lunch coz i've not took one 4 ages and i know i can get in teh post room on thursday so i'm not bothered about the extra hour
