What is the easiest way to restrict the times users can go onto the internet at the office network. I don't want to restrict the times they can log onto the network just what times they can browse the web.

If you using a cache server of some kind you should be able to setup a policy to do this. You certainly can with ISA.

With ISA you can - it integrates into AD.

If you use a proxy for authentication I would implement this via the proxy
