Can someone please tell me how I can get the cookies enabled and stop getting the following message?

thanks for both replys.
I am logged in as I can enter posts etc into the forum? Do I need to log in again?
I had already changed the internet options to accept all cookies so this should be ok?
Further advice much appreciated!

You will automatically be loged in as long as you don't delete your cookies. However, I recommend that you do delete them all now and again as the file can get quite full.
