Question

I am running MS Outlook 2002 on Win2k pro.

The way I have it set up is I can view my personal email account (i.e. hotmail) or my corporate email account. How can I:

1. Open a view with both my personal and corporate email? When I start outlook it offers me a drop down menu where I select either my personal email profile or my corporate one. Annoying, because I have to close and restart outlook to change profiles.

2. Can I get outlook to go through all of my email messages and save the senders email addresses in the contacts book? I.e. auto fill the contacts book?

Any help would be VERY appreciated!

the only way I know is to drag'n'drop the contacts onto a floppy from 1 profile, then log into the other profile & paste them in.
quick'n'easy

Yes very easy really.

1. Whilst in Outlook, Tools / Accounts, and add the account info you dont currently have access to.

2. Dont know about scanning through past emails, but you can automactically add contacts to address book when you reply to them.
Tools / Options / Perferences / Email Options - tick "automactically put people I reply in....."

This is Outlook 2000, but dont think there is too much dif between the two.

1. once in outlook, i'm in a profile and if i try to add a new account, its all greyed out.

2. i can't see that option anywhere -maybe it's not available on Outlook 2002?
