Superb handheld.I bought one a few months ago and have to say so much better than GBA(I own an SP aswell).

well worth a purchase.

Hello

How can the GP32 exist? I'm surprised that Nintendo and other companies lawyers have not sued them to oblivion.

Steve,

I think its because it isnt sold as a GB/GBA/NES/SNES emulator, just a handheld entertainment unit, it just happens to be able to do that now that its in the public domain and people have ported games and emu's for it.

bsteel, how much you after for yours then?

Question

So just how good are these things then. I've been to the website, and once you've bought the machine, smartmedia card, and carry case, it comes to just over £200!!

I'm only going to get one if the emulators etc are of sufficiently good quality (especially the Atari st / megadrive / arcade emulators). So, just how well does this thing work, and how fast do the emulators actually run?

Thanks
Iain

the emulators run at full speed
they dont need to be back lit as the thing has a very large very clear screen that is bright enough to see anyway
you can buy a modded backlit one
but it is a waste of money i think as its clear enough anyway
