Not effectively - Sound Forge will do it. Badly.
Bear in mind the theory behind what you're trying to do - the music frequency range is from 20Hz (bass) to 20KHz (treble). All the instruments use up varying frequency groups. When you try to do this on a stereo mix (CD etc) you're taking out frequencies that affect other instruments (eg, vocals have the same frequencies as guitars, or parts of the drum kit)
To do it properly, you would need the original multi-track tapes
Try with Sound Forge, but don't hold your breath
Of course, bear in mind the nature of your question - you're dangerously close to breaking copyright (see another Scoobynet thread! )
Let me know if there's anything I can help with (offline - I can then explain in more detail about what I do )
