Is there anything I can download to stop those sodding pop ups from appearing on my screen? There is one on Kazaa and I can't get rid or move it and it's blocking something

i went to http://www.downloads.com and got pop up stopper, its ace as i used to get pop ups while playin mohaa.

combine them both to catch most ads.

I had a miserable time with pop-ups, even managed to get one that put 'Stop f***ing about b*tch' (without the asterisks) at the top of every page I opened. Spybot Search & Destroy is the best piece of software ever written IMHO. Well worth the download.

I had the same problem recently - someone on Scoobynet recommended SkyBot - not had a pop up since

I'm also trying out an alternative browser "Opera" which due to not being Microsoft, is far less likely to be plagued with the things.

Currently using Opera alongside IE6 with no problems (need IE6 for work). Also tried Mozilla, but that didn't seem to agree with MS Outlook (which I use to pull email from a talk21 account).

the best thing is add the goggle tool bar ive never had a popup since and ive got a search engine at my fingertips
