Ive got a digital pic that I took 1/2 an hour. It has a vehicle reg number that is a bit blurred. I need to get this image as detailed as possible for the Police.

I believe that If the photo is manipulated in any way then it's inadmissable
as evidence. It can of course be used to persuade who ever it was that you have strong case against them..
Same goes for the police if they 'image enhance' your number plate on a speeding photo.

But it will make life easier and quicker to get the reg number.

with the reg details the company involded have confirmed that the driver is getting a huge bollocking from his area manager...And a visit from the Police.
