I think you'll find the release date for GT4 has been put back until March 2004
Darlodge, why not buy CM4 in 2 weeks and trade that in when GT4 comes out

why not get your machine modded and buy all the games on dvdr
that way you know which you want to keep (ie purchase legitimately) and can dispose of any evaluation copies in keeping with the strict yet fair copyright laws of the uk
