Does anyone know if you can restrict the amount of memory Store.exe can take.
it seems to be the biggest pig of bits and bytes on the server.

The Store.exe process is designed to gobble up as much free memory as it can. You've paid for the memory, use it

If Microsoft made a vacuum to compete with Dyson, it would be called store.exe

mmmmm but Chris Microsoft do make something that sucks more than a dyson it is called exchange 2000.
In answer to the question No build a sperate server or buy some more RAM..

Although, don't go looking for the Exchange Performance Optimiser aka Perfwiz in Exchange 2000 - cos it ain't there!
