Renaming ID3 tags on mp3's

I used to have a program called MP3 Internet Renamer that would search the online CDDB databases and then label and name files on your hard disk as per the relevant entry on the database. This saves me renaming all the files.
I have lost the program and their website (www.mp3ir.com) is no longer there. Anyone have the program .exe (v0.96) or an equivalent so I can rename a few gigs worth of MP3s on my hard disk ?
