is there any software that will silently and stealthily log a users activity on a PC ? eg. the apps they run, the websites they visit ?

thats a keylogger not the same thing, Daz you want something that keeps a list of running apps and which one is topmost, how long they have been running etc. etc. started writing one some time ago and but it aint finished, not sure whats out there but there must be somebody who's done one.
