best cheap webcam

i am after a new webcam i want something cheap like 25 quid or less but be able to broadcast a decent pic tho im on broadband so speed is fine just need something half decent-has to be USB and work with windows XP pro as well=any help

Not exactly what you asked for sorry.........
However, I have a G Smart mini 2
This cost me under 50 quid. The thing is it is also a normal camera and can take pictures away from the PC.
And it is smaller in two dimensions (though obviously somwhat thicker) than a credit card.
