What is the best way to 'protect' a sheet / workbook as intelectual property, - prevent copying or modifying but retain full functionality - enable macros, comments, grouping/ ungrouping, autofilter etc...

Can you not save as, then high light the folder with right click and click on protect document?

couldnt you protec every cell that didnt have the filter/macros attached to them?

Not sure if these will achieve what i am after.

the sheet is quite big - last cell CS4931. Most of the data is included to be searchable.

It looks like I'll just have to accept it will be easiliy copied and modified.
