46mb download on 56k modem?
#1
I'm trying to download a movie that is 46mb in size using my computers modem - tried it earlier, and as expected the modem cut off after a couple of hours.
I know that there's software that allows you to carry on your download once you regain connection - which software is the best, and where can I get it from? (I'm hoping it's freeware).
Thanks!
Andy.

I used it for a few months for free initially, then I decided to register it as I found it so useful!

I used Getright in the end and it's worked a treat! (thanks Ian)
Thanks to those of you who offered advice, especially beemerboy thanks very much for your kind offer but I've now downloaded the file
Incidentally the file was this one: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/chuck_uk/topgear.mpg and is of the VX220 Turbo on Topgear
