Most versions of Windows have Accesibilty Options where you can change the contrast to a more visable scheme.

Cheers its more to do with databases.

There is a government-funded company called Vision that supplied us with a special VGA card for one of our users that has damaged eyes. Also they supplied us with special keyboards, 21" monitor. All funded by the government as part of an equal opportunity act
