E-mail signatures?

Is there any method of forcing users to use a common e-mail signature using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 5.5?
We have a disclaimer which is automatically added to every e-mail by our Exchange box, but it's down to each individual to create his/her own signature.
I suppose I could create a Word document with a std signature and configure each users Outlook to point to that. Trouble is, it won't then use the persons name, job title, mobile number and extension number.
Has anyone found other methods of achieving this, whether using exiting functions or some 3rd-party software?

We add ours using mailsweeper smtp..
You can do it in exchange with a dll and registry hack, so why do you need the users to do anything in outlook??

David,
It's a signature, not the usual disclaimer. Like I said, we already add that using Exchange (i.e. the registry hack).
What I've been asked is if we can force a signature with user name, job title, tel#, mobile#, etc.. onto every e-mail.

We're supposed to have these.
I find the idea of a 1 line message and a sig/disclaimer 25x as big abhorrent though, so refuse to use it.

Yeah, they just want everyone to look the same to our clients. I've suggested we just produce a standard format that people should be asked to use if they wish to use a signature.
We had a couple of individuals add url's to charities and the company wish to remain politically neutral, so they've been asked to remove these. Not sure how you can police these sorts of things unless you trust everyone to adhere to company policy.

well I suppose what you could do is apply a policy to outlook to restrict access to them changing the signiture, then write a login script to pull the details such as full name and dept and phone number from the SAM and then ammend the registry key / file which holds the signiture.. then possibly only give the user read permissions to that registry key, thus stopping them from changing it...
Make sense??
Let me know if you want some example scripts and Ill have a play..

Thanks guys. Had a word with management yesterday and they've agreed to just send everyone a policy for e-mail signatures.
Cheers for your suggestions,
