Please help!!
Hi
A freind recently sent me some pdf files (approx 11no.) which I have received ok but whenever I access outlook it seems to be downloading the files to me over and over again. So far I have received the same files three times and still there is more coming.
The files were only sent once. I have asked my ISP to stop/block anything from the sender's address and they have told me they can not do this due to data protection etc..
Any ideas how to stop this would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Neil.

Option One.
Set up a rule which says if sent from contains [his email] delete from server
Once you've set it, click Send/Receive, then clear the rule (so that future mail from him gets through!).
Option Two (if your ISP provides web-mail access)
Log on to webmail
Delete offending message from server
