I am having a reet demoralising time of it at the mo.
Demo-ing XP Pro and Microsoft Office Suite to a largely unimpressed audience.
Anyone come across anything that might just wake 'em up
Cos they all seem bored by task panes / smart tags / evolving menus ! Not that I can blame them that much!!
no easter eggs for me (in more than one way)

what's exciting about a 2 year old product ??
It's even got slower since all the service packs have been applied
mind you it plays games better than ever now with directx 9

Heh - If only games were allowed !!
They've even removed minesweeper et al !!
Making the dog scratch his butt and smart tagging to see driving instructions from home to nearest pub is pant-wettingly dull.
Heeeeeeeeelllllpppppppp Meeeeeeeeeeeeeee Purleeeeeeeaassse

What's so exciting about IT, period?
I was involved in demo'ing some accounting software a few years back. Only people who got excited over it was the acccountants
I always cringe when I have to go along to one of those Microsoft events when they're launching new products. It's usually full of Californians who can get all excited over watching paint dry
I think I'd fall flat on my @rse if I had to stand up in front of our users here and show them how wonderfull XP or Office XP was. I could just hear some smart@rse say, 'OK, Stefan. impress me!'.
Looks like I'd have to drop my pants at the point

Plug in a DV camera and make a movie. Impressed me. Only other thing I can think of is the picture screensaver, but that's not going to get the juices flowing.
