Can anyopne reccomend a really good isp for broadband? as i am upto my eyeballs in them!!!!!!!

I'm sure you've looked at
bbs.adslguide.org.uk ? The current top for speed is Nildram, Zen and Eclipse.
I personally use Zen as they offered 8 static IP addresses and great customer service.

it isnt avaliable in my area just yet mate, exchange has just been updated but dont we need to have cable to have telewest??

Well yes Broadband cable modems uses the cable tv platform to provide the connection to the internet!
