I have the car dealers and have been stealing the cars from the list but now I am stuck getting a "stretch" I have been looking for one for about a month now Does anyone have any idea what is going on and where I can find one?

There's a stretch limo at Diaz's mansion (on the middle island).
It's always parked at the far end of the very extensive drive.

SORTED The car I was looking for was on my own drive all the time I even got all the others and now I have the hot ring racer in my garage now
