how do I create a symbolic link in XP - folder thingy

Hi All,
done this b4 but cant figure it out now. Trying to create a folder that is actually a link to another folder, but look like its the folder if yuo see what I mean. I think this is a symbolic link. this is in XP, cant beleive Ive done it b4 but cant fuigure out now!!

Andy,
Just *right* click drag and drop the folder you want to link to into the folder you want to link from. Then select "Create Shortcut" from the menu that appears. You can then rename the shortcut to the same name as the folder you are linking to.
That is, if I understand the question correctly
