We run outreach centres from our main site, the clients at the remote sites have PC's with a Citrix client installed and connect to Metaframe XP at HQ. So, at present, they have their local windows desktop and a 'window' to their session running at HQ. This means they can't save/print emails. I know there is a way to configure their local drive so Citrix can see it as such. How do I do it???

Need to manually map them in as follows:

1. Open My Computer in the Citrix window.
2. Select Tools / Map Network Drive...
3. For Drive: Select any unused letter.
4. In the folder box type : \\client\c$ (to map local hard drive).

Or allow Connection of Client drives in the Citrix Connection Manager on the server (I forget the correct name right now).
