Hi FJ,
These are good places to start.
Citrix
Thin Planet - fantastic forums
The Thin Net - great FAQ's as well as pointers to MS KB
I've worked on Terminal Server/Citrix stuff for the past 3 years, although since moving jobs I haven't touched it in a long time. I've some old client installs documented that you're welcome too.
Are you just moving hardware, or does the new server include any OS updates or application upgrades??? Do you need to keep the same server name?
If it's just the OS, then it's just like moving an NT4 server.

Excellent - thanks for the links. It's just a hardware move and the server name will be different - I just know sod all about moving profiles, migrating users, that kind of stuff.
Cheers again

Is the server a PDC or BDC? Shouldn't be for TS to be honest. It's just like a big multi-user NT4 workstation, so it should be installed as a Member Server.
Moving profiles are a doddle. Say I want to move someone's profile from server A to server B. Currently the profile directory is \\ServerA\Profiles\user1. I want the new profile to be stored in \\ServerB\Profiles\jbloggs.
First I move the current profile directory (and all sub-folders) to the new location. I then modify the user in User Manager to make sure the profile directory is set to the new one. Then I make sure that the user and (this is the important one) SYSTEM has Full Control of the new folder.
If the profiles are local to the server i.e. C:\Winnt\Profiles\...., then as long as the username stays the same, the only thing to check would be the permissions on the new box - You wouldn't need to change the setting in user manager.
