Splinter Cell : Chinese Embassy - STUCK

So i waltzed through the Langley mission like a pro and get stuck like a noob on the Chinese one.
Taken the first two blokes out, climbed through the building into the street with like 4 guys on it leading to a T Jn, over the cable to cross street sides, along the roof, taken the two guys out on left turn (dead end) guy on right end (dead end) and even took all the street guys out that i had stealthed past in desperation!
I cannot find the contact to meet who is below a red sign or some crap, i dont see a way to get onto a roof top and the only red sign i see is on the side of a wall with no way up it!
Ugh, someone help!

Without cheating you need to get across the big courtyard and down into a drain (pratically straight across from the entrance into the big courtyard). Easy to do, duck and dive across the big shadowed area.

If you think it's hard above ground, you should try in the sewer 
That's where I'm stuck at the moment (trying not to use the FAQ walkthrough)

Sewer is a cake-walk or as my fav movie goes - Its just a walk in the park Kazanski!
Seriously you can sneak past first guy or two and then there is a little room 3 of them congregate in, all you need to do is sneak past 1st guy in that bunch and hide in one of the little alcoves using wall-hug then its a ladder in the roof just past the room thats lit.
Embassy all done now
Although i say this for game, the map is bloody awful given the technology they give you for the rest of weapons, its awful cause for real an NSA agent would have a proper moving sat map - its my only gripe but the game basically leaves you guessing where you need to go and how inventive to be with the scenery to the extent i am conjuring up mad wall jumps and roof movements when the obvious sewer bit got missed

GREAT GAME PASSED ALL THAT WITH ABOUT 20% HELP WITH A WALKTHROUGH STUCK DEFENDING THE PRISONERS. CHINESE ON ONE SIDE AMERICAN ON THE OTHER, GOT TO GET TO THE BAD GUYS BEFORE THEY START LOBBING GRENADES AT THE HOPELESS SUCKERS TRIED LEAVING A SENTRY GUN ON UNFRIENDLY FIRE HELPED WITH THE FIRST WAVE MESSES ME UP WITH THE SECOND THE GRENADE CHUCKING B£$"!£$ STAYS BEHIND THE WALL OUT OF RANGE AND CHUCKS THE GRENADE BRILLIANT A.I W"£$%R!!!
