Bin files into games How????

I have recently starting downloading off edonkey and now have a game that i really want to play but now it has finished i have unzipped it and shows up as a bin file what is this about? how do i get to play the game?

You should have got a cue file with it too. Its an image file to be burnt to cd. However to save doing this download an app called daemon tools which will allow you to create upto 4 virtual cd drives. You point a drive to the image file and it loads it as tho its already burnt to cd.
