Ive got a presentation in a few weeks
Go to this website http://www.camberley-kartclub.co.uk/circuit_frame.html and click "Click here to see an animation of each route".
I want to create the same sort of animated clip for my presentation. How do I do this? What program do I need?

to replicate that, you need flash. It's just a matter of frame by frame animation moving (and rotating) a picture object.
If you did it in 3D studio Max, you could define an animation path for the object to move along - much easier.
