Bog standard iiyame 19 inch is about that and likely the best quality you will get.

I've got the bog standard iiyama 19" and the picture quality is great. Only downside is that the screen is a bit reflective, so if you sit with your back to a window it can make playing "dark" games (such as the night missions in soldier of fortune) a bit tricky to see during the daytime!!

I recently bought the Belinea 106075 19" CRT monitor from Dabs.

For under £140 you get 0.22 mm dot pitch, which is hard to find for that price

Sorry but a Belinea doesnt remotely feature on the list of top monitor manufacturers :P

Iiyama on the other hand have been making the best monitors on the market for years, winning CRT awards for the last 4 years running

IIyama are worth buying purely for customer service. 3 years onsite warranty. Ive had two swaps and have had a new monitor delivered to my door in under 24hrs after claiming.

Does it? Some random mag bribed? Dont think so, i only go on general consensus achieved across multiple reviewing authorities

Might not be a bad monitor, but never heard of it on a tech forum or even as a reputable manufacturer.
