quick question

server 1 in location x


workstation 2 in location y running ME

via high spped line need to connect,

have all the network info and IP addresses eg

server IP
router IP
domain name
etc

how do you do it, somebody said i need a VPN client

researching right now but help would be appreciated

I assume you've got a VPN server running somewhere?

You need a client, either the one built into XP or a 3rd party one. You usually get the client software with the server (unless it's Microcr@p).

How the client is configured depends on which type of server VPN you're using.
