Hi all i have this mobo and just wondering if an AMD 2700 chip works with this board.

Also, if it does, will i need the copper shim.

It will support an XP2600 if you have the right board revision and BIOS.

Couldn't see anything on the 2700 but then I was looking *that* hard.
